Reverse DNS records

Unfortunately, we cannot set PTR or reverse DNS records for our customers at this time. PTR records are generally only available on VPS hosting or dedicated servers, which Name.com does not currently offer. Because we only offer shared hosting, adding these types of records would effect everyone on the server, so we cannot allow any to be added.

If your site is not hosted with us, then you should talk to your hosting provider directly to see what you can do to set up those records.
